Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) just published 2nd Quarter Statistics for the Phoenix Metro Area. This report shows that months supply in all price bands has improved over last quarter and most price bands have improved in Days on the Market (DOM). What is most positive is the change in months supply of inventory (MSI) from Q4 2010 to Q2 2011. A dramatic difference.

Imagine enjoying a nice glass of wine and some tasty treats on this glass-encased balcony. The views go on and on. Located on the golf course in Eagle Mountain Country Club, this contemporary residence is an entertainment home that offers unique finishes and designer touches throughout.

The dramatic foyer is gallery-like with tall ceilings and large walls for those extra special art pieces. It wraps around to the formal dining room with space for 10 and the formal living room with walk-out to the balcony level. A dramatic glass-encased staircase with metalic tile detail leads to the lower level guest area.

Time for a meal? This killer kitchen has all the bells and whistles. A glass counter bar adds reflection to the curved granite counters and complements the metallic backsplash. Custom cabinetry offers plenty of storage and unique built-ins such as a pantry.

As if that’s not enough, if you swing a 180 from the kitchen you’ll see the family room with custom built-in media center, gas fireplace and adjacent casual dining nook.

Head on down to the guest level and you’ll find this dramatic entertainment area with wet bar, an award winning wine cellar, game room with padded fabric walls (and full bath with steam shower), and an extra large guest suite with private sitting area. Walk out to the covered dining area and pool/spa.

A day at the spa doesn’t compare. This glass-tile detailed pool and spa are the perfect end to any day.
