Tuscan Home for Sale in Scottsdale’s in Sierra Estates
categories: Luxury Living, luxury real estate, Scottsdale Living

The enclave of Sierra Estates in North Scottsdale is off 136th & Shea. The quaint gated community is filled with Mediterranean style homes with clay tile roofs, window shutters and natural stone and if you didn’t know it was there you may drive right on by.

Many of the homes have tremendous mountain views and I would bet the neighbors would be happy to loan you some sugar when needed.

This residence is just shy of 5,800 square feet and not only has a large master suite with a spa bath and fitness room in the main house, it also has two additional bedroom suites and a den. The formal living and dining rooms are open to each other with a large butlers pantry for serving or storing dishware. Sure to be noticed is the spacious kitchen with over-sized island, top of the line appliance package and breakfast nook all open to the family room for every day living.

Did I mention that the interior decor includes natural stone, custom faux treatments and eye-catching custom ceiling details such as the barrel ceiling in the hallway? Neat stuff.

A big plus for this floorplan is the guest casita that is accessed through a curved staircase off the front courtyard. The casita has a main room (currently set up with a pool table), a bedroom and it’s own private office with sunset views.

All of this is offered at $1,400,000. Not too shabby.
