Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) just published 2nd Quarter Statistics for the Phoenix Metro Area. This report shows that months supply in all price bands has improved over last quarter and most price bands have improved in Days on the Market (DOM). What is most positive is the change in months supply of inventory (MSI) from Q4 2010 to Q2 2011. A dramatic difference.
